This highly optioned 1958 Chevrolet Impala convertible has been restored to as-original condition and kept in a climate controlled facility. Presenting brightly in Rio Red with a White top and a Deluxe tri-tone interior, it first impresses with excellent paint and bright trim, the exterior festooned in all the evocative Fifties touches: wide Whitewalls and spinner wheel covers, dual antennas, driver’s spotlight, imitation exhaust ports and a Continental kit. Below decks are Chevrolet's classic 348 CI big block with Tri-Power carburetion, a Powerglide transmission, power steering and brakes and factory air conditioning. Passengers are treated to more Fifties features including a Wonderbar radio, in-dash clock, traffic light viewer and compass and a below-dash tissue dispenser. There is plenty of fun to be had in this fine-looking first-year Impala convertible.
