In 1957 Ford’s new Styleside cargo box revolutionized pickup bed design with its clean styling and increased capacity. Gone were the old running boards and separate rear fenders, replaced with new sheetmetal that allowed the cab styling to extend to the back of the truck.
This lovely Inca Gold F100 Styleside is trimmed with chrome bumpers and grille, whitewalls and dual chrome outside mirrors, all in spectacular condition thanks to a full nut-and-bolt restoration performed in the 1990s. The drivetrain comprises Ford’s excellent 272/171 HP 2-barrel V-8 and a floor-shifted 4-speed manual.
