2026 Ford Mustang GTD

We’re excited to share a pretty special new addition to the American Muscle Car Museum. This is our newly acquired 2026 Mustang GTD, finished in a one-of-one Panther Pink.

 

The GTD is easily the most extreme Mustang Ford has ever built. It’s heavily influenced by endurance racing, with serious aero, a race-derived suspension setup, and a level of performance that pushes it well beyond what most people expect from a Mustang. It is one of only six production cars to lap the Nürburgring in under seven minutes, and features an 815-horsepower 5.2L supercharged V8, and has a top speed of over 200 mph.

 

This is the first Mustang GTD to join the museum’s collection, and we recently unveiled it at the Sea Turtle Preservation Society event on March 21st. It was a great setting to introduce the car and share it with the community.

 

These early morning photos were taken out on the museum grounds, catching the GTD before it was put into place inside the American Muscle Car Museum.
