NCRS 45th Annual Florida Winter Regional

Event Details:

Thursday, January 18, 2024 Food Trucks available for Breakfast and Lunch.

8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Registration Open – Pre-ordered shirts, judges, and volunteer shirts handed out.
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Performance Verification (PV) judging by appt. Owner contacts Team Leader.
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Sportsman cars, must be driven to the event each day/evening removal if needed.
12:00 PM – 5:00 PM Operations (OPS) includes a “cold start” – All judged cars with owners. In the event
highway delays occur which may delay your arrival, please contact the Florida Judging Chairman as to
your delay and whereabouts. Richard Small: 321-288-7440.
12:00 PM – 1:00 PM Lunch: Pizza for Judges, Tabulators, and Volunteers in the Registration Tent.
To all judges and potential judges: You are invited to come to either the 3:00 PM Intro. to Judging or the
4:00 PM Judging School in the Maintenance building. Please choose only one for your 1 pt. maximum.
3:00 PM – 4:00 PM 1-pt Judging School, Intro. to Judging for those with less than 50 pts. by Bob Kinstrey
4:00 PM – 5:00 PM 1-pt Judging School by David Brigham – NCRS National Judging Chairman.
5:00 PM – ? Brief Florida Chapter Team Members’ Meeting following Judging School.
6:00 PM – 7:00 PM Welcome Reception (cash bar) at the Rialto Hilton.
