47^th Annual Florida Regional

January 14^th – 17^th, 2026

The annual Florida Winter Regional will include NCRS schools, a large swap meet & vendor area, food trucks, and entrance into the museum. The annual Florida Chapter Members Meeting will be held at this event.

Location: The fabulous American Muscle Car Museum in Melbourne, Florida

Wednesday, January 14, 2026:
12:00 PM – 5:00 PM: Car Registration in lobby, bring your car reg. and ins. Contact Team Leader if issues.
12:00 PM – 5:00 PM: Vendor Registration – Outside Vendor desk – bring any outstanding payment and paperwork.
12:00 PM – 5:00 PM: Non-Car Registration in Lobby: Pick-up Registration package & goodie bag. Event shirts available.
12:00 PM – 5:00 PM: Wash Station available with hose/bucket/soap/towels – west side Maintenance Bldg.
12:00 PM – 1:00 PM: Lunch: Volunteers in Hospitality Tent.

Thursday, January 15, 2026:
9:00 AM – 5:00 PM: Registration in Lobby. Pick-up Pre-ordered shirts, Judges shirts, and Volunteer shirts.
9:00 AM – 5:00 PM: Sportsman cars must be driven to the event – driven off field at 5:00 PM allowed if needed.
12:00 PM – 5:00 PM: (PV) Performance Verification judging by appointment with National Team Leader.
12:00 PM – 5:00 PM: (OPS) Flight Judging Operations. All owners must be with their cars on the judging field. Includes cold start.
12:00 PM – 1:00 PM: Lunch for Judges, Tabulators, and Volunteers in Hospitality Tent
3:00 PM – 4:00 PM: 1-pt Judging School: Intro. to NCRS Judging. For members with less than 25 judging points – Maintenance Bldg.
4:00 PM – 5:00 PM: 1-pt Judging School (pre-register) – Maintenance Bldg.
5:00 PM – 5:30 PM: Fl. Chapter Membership Meeting (following Judging School) – Maintenance Bldg.
6:00 PM – 7:00 PM: Welcome Reception (cash bar) in the Rialto Hilton Lobby and Patio: RSVP with registration.

Friday, January 16, 2026:
6:30 AM – 7:30 AM: Breakfast Judges (with meeting)/Tabulators/Volunteers for those working today: Maintenance Bldg.
8:00 AM – 8:30 AM: Owners’ meeting and OJ meeting on the judging field at the Flag Pole.
8:30 AM – 4:00 PM: Tentative Judging Schedule (53-55, 58-60, 63-64, 67BB, 70-72, 73-77, 84-96, 05-07)
8:00 AM – 4:00 PM: Registration/Information: Lobby. Merchandise for sale.
9:00 AM – 9:10 AM: National Anthem: Please focus your attention on the flagpole.
9:30 AM – 11:30 AM: 3-pt Adv. Judging Seminar – Part 1 (must attend both sessions): Maintenance Bldg.
10:30 AM -11:30 AM: Guest speaker TBD at the Hospitality Tent
12:00 AM – 1:00 PM: Lunch for Judges/Tabulatorss/Volunteers working today: Maintenance Bldg.
1:00 PM – 3:30 PM: Adv. Judging Seminar – Part 2: Maintenance. Bldg.
4:00 PM – 7:00 PM: Tour the AMCM, NCRS registered participants are free with wristband, all others pay $30 donation to a charity.

Saturday, January 17, 2026:

8:00 AM – 8:30 AM: Owners’ meeting and OJ meeting on the judging field at the Flag Pole
8:30 AM – 4:00 PM: Tentative Judging Schedule (56-57, 61-62, 65, 66, 67SB, 68-69, 78-82, 97-04, all Concours)
9:00 AM – 3:00 PM: Registration/Information: Lobby. Merchandise for sale.
9:00 AM – 9:10 AM: National Anthem: Please focus your attention on the flagpole.
9:30 AM – 11:30 AM: 3-pt Adv. Judging Seminar – Part 1 (must attend both sessions): Maintenance Bldg.
11:00 AM – 3:00 PM: Tour the AMCM, NCRS registered participants are free with wristband, all others pay $30 donation to charity.

1:00 PM – Ladies’ Choice ballots due at Registration Desk: please vote for a car other than your own.
2:00 PM – Raffle tickets drawn for winners. You must be present to win. If winner not present, another ticket will be drawn.
3:30 PM (Approx.) Award Presentations in the lobby of the AMCM as soon as tabulations are complete.

Cars will be released from the judging field after the Award Presentations.  No cars should remain overnight on the Judging Field.
