Video Description

Out of the Porsche portion of the museum collection is this 2008 Porsche 911 GT3 RS. Originally sold in Woodbridge, Ontario this Orange with Black accent car has less than 2500 kilometers since new. For 2008, the GT3 RS used a 3.6 liter flat-six cylinder naturally-aspirated engine making 415 horsepower and 299 lbs/ft of torque. All cars came pair with a six-speed manual transmission powering the rear wheels. As with all RS cars, the focus is on-track performance. This era of 911 is highly desirable, especially in this condition.

Our car is a Canadian export car, with a kilometric speedometer and the desirable Porsche Ceramic Composite Brake or PCCB option. This motorsport-focused 911 is one of just 803 built to satisfy homologation rules for racing in IMSA, SCCA, and Grand-Am racing. This car is a high watermark among manual-shifted, naturally aspirated performance cars and is one of over 40 Porsches in the American Muscle Car Museum collection.
