Video Description

Starting with the immensely capable 650 horsepower ZL1, Hertz collaborated with Hendrick Motorsports to make a special supercharged version for use in their rental fleet. Changes were made throughout the entire car, including the addition of a Callaway Generation III Supercharger, raising power to 750 horsepower. Keep in mind the stock ZL1 does 198 mph, it is crazy to think these were ever available to rent. 24 of these special ZL1s were made, as well as 200 SS based cars with similar cosmetic treatments with 480 horsepower.

Power comes from a 6.2L Supercharger V8 connected to a 10-speed automatic transmission. ZL1 Camaros from the factory are already incredibly capable:

0-60 mph in 3.5 seconds

Quarter mile in 11.4 seconds at 127 mph

1.02g max cornering

60-0 mph braking in 107 feet

Inside, custom stitching and #24 logos are all around. The #24 represents Hendrick Motorsports driver William Bryon. Unique touches include custom Hertz wheels, custom Hertz lighted door sill plates and embroidered headrests with Hertz-sponsored Hendrick Motorsports driver William Byron's signature. The No. 24 team logo is throughout the car along with Hertz fender badges and a Hertz-Hendrick Motorsports plaque denoting the individual numbering of the 24 custom Camaros. This particular car is the last of the 24 built. Check out the video for more on this rare supercharged ZL1 Camaro.
