On Saturday, April 24th, the museum hosted the second Cars 4 Kids event to benefit the Children's Advocacy Center of Brevard. Guests were treated to an evening of food and drinks, both a live and silent auction, a raffle, and speaking from CACB Members and Sheriff Wayne Ivey. VIP guests were treated to a tour by AMCM owner, Mark Pieloch. Overall, it was a wonderful evening and was the first charitable fundraiser at the museum in over a year.

The Children's Advocacy Center of Brevard was started in 1996. The CAC model was first developed in Huntsville, Alabama in 1985. At its core, the model is about teamwork – bringing the agency professionals involved in child abuse investigations together on the front end – and about putting the needs of the child victim first. The CAC model brings the child protection professionals together to work in a collaborative approach to ensure the child’s safety and needs are met.
